“The best investment any pharmaceutical company can make is in its people” Imbibing the spirit of this sage advise from our Chairman, Mr Dilip Shanghvi. We embarked on the journey of creating world class infrastructure and environment for our shopfloor employees through strategically located Technical training academies. These centers equipped with fully functional machines, models, Augmented realty modules and excellent trainers will be used to train and retrain our employees. Many cross industry learning’s are being incorporated with the help of IFQM (Indian Foundation for Quality Management) The first one was at Guwahati couple of months back. This week myself and our CHRO Suresh Rai inaugurated another Satellite Training Academy at Baddi. It has state of art facilities to train on OSD, LCO and quality equipment’s.
