?? BCG028: A Biparatopic Leap Forward in Atopic Dermatitis Treatment Atopic Dermatitis (AD) affects up to 90 million adults globally, with ~40% experiencing moderate to severe disease. For these patients, conventional topical treatments often provide limited relief—highlighting the need for advanced systemic therapies. At Biocytogen, we're meeting this need with BCG028, a biparatopic OX40 antagonist developed using our proprietary RenMice? platform. By targeting two distinct epitopes on OX40, BCG028 enables robust receptor blockade and immune modulation.
